The story behind the name
Crimbox started as a play on "CRM + Box" — a CRM that could hold everything. But as we added WhatsApp, bookings, GST invoicing, e-signatures, email and an AI agent, it became far bigger than a CRM. The name stayed; the meaning grew. Not the CRM in a box — your whole business in one box.
Why we built it
Most small business owners run their business themselves. They don't have an IT team. They have WhatsApp for customers, a notebook for leads, one app for invoices and another for payments — and none of them talk to each other. So leads slip, follow-ups get forgotten, and sales quietly disappear in the gaps.
Crimbox closes those gaps. A chat becomes a contact, the contact becomes a deal, the deal becomes a signed agreement and a paid invoice — without leaving the conversation. One login, one bill, nothing lost.
Built in India, made for the way real businesses run
GST invoices, UPI payments and the official WhatsApp Cloud API are built in, not bolted on. We started with Indian small businesses because that's the problem we know best — but the same five-app problem exists everywhere, so we're building for the world too.
